A manifesto is a declaration of the intentions, motives, or views of an individual or organisation. It promotes a new idea, a belief system and sets its intentions on achieving a new reality. We believe that all communication should be connected to an organisation’s founding purpose and aspirations.

Meet our founder

Victoria Williams, Director
Victoria has more than ten years’ business-to-business communications and consultancy experience working with companies across various sectors. Prior to founding Manifesto in 2014, she was a partner at leading public relations agency H+K Strategies South Africa. During her time there worked in a number of sectors representing organisations such as the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, BlackRock and The Africa Progress Panel chaired by Kofi Annan. She worked on local and global launches, crises, major conferences and even a prime minister’s press conference. Much of her work involved profiling local companies internationally or building a presence for multinationals entering Africa. Earlier working experience includes roles at multi-national food, a media and marketing public relations agency, a business expansion consultancy and a copywriting internship. Victoria has a strong interest in small business marketing. She is the author of Advertise the Right Way, and the co-author of Marketing your Business. She holds a BA in Media & Communications and postgraduate diplomas in copywriting.
